Phil from Physique Bodyworks was incredibly helpful in my preparation and more importantly significantly aiding the recovery phase following rowing across the Atlantic as part of a record breaking attempt. His diverse knowledge across sports massage therapy, kinesiology taping and the use of ultra-sound provided a good mix for a complete body treatment. In a short space of time it meant I could get back into running ultra-marathons and other sports that I have been able to enjoy much sooner than I had planned on.

Not only the full body wax, which definitely helped get a lot more people donating. But the sports massage before and after the event left me feeling like I'd been for a walk through the park rather than ridden 1400km!
